Do you offer an airport (or port) shuttle?
Yes, an airport shuttle is available free of charge – call us when you arrive or make prior arrangements, and we’ll pick you up after you’ve claimed your baggage.
What are your office hours?
9:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m. Seven days a week.
What if my arrival departs after your office is closed?
An after hours drop with shuttle service is available.
How far is your office from Thira Airport (JTR)? (concern Santorini’s office)
Our office is located 5 miles from the airport which is approximately 10-15 minutes. You can pick up your rental car from one location (airport, port or your hotel) and drop off the car at the location that suits you. This is very convenient because you will avoid moving to the port or airport.
What types of insurance do you offer?
Third Party Liability Insurance (TP): This coverage is a “Basic Liability” type coverage, only covering the other person if you were to get in an accident. This coverage still leaves you responsible for any loss or damage of our car. This insurance is included in every rental.
Physical Damage Waiver (PDW): This coverage offers you a deductible car insurance for 15 or 20 or 25 or 40 euro per day. This coverage is an “Add On” coverage. This can be declined if your credit card covers car rental damage. Please verify this before you rent from us as most credit card companies no longer offers coverage in Greece.
In case of accident the first 300 or 500 or 800 or 1000 euros are paid by you (the amount depends on which vehicle you rented and is indicated in the contract) are paid by you.
It is possible to change the type of insurance to Full Insurance upon delivery of the car to you.

Or Similar – what does it mean?
The term ‘Or Similar’ indicates that the vehicle you rent may not be the exact make and model as the vehicle displayed, although it will be from the same car group, meaning that it will be comparable in size and performance to that vehicle. The actual vehicle you rent will depend on the makes and models available at the time within the car group you request.
If we are unable to provide a vehicle in your requested car group, we will provide a vehicle from the next available car group up at no extra charge.
Can I rent a car with a personal driver?
You can choose between 3 hours, 6 hours or the whole day which we will provide you with a personal car driver.
It is an ideal service to explore the island without the stress of parking and driving, with the car you have chosen.
This is an additional extra cost service that you can select during the booking process.

Small Car? 2 door Mercedes Smart (Standard or Cambrio).
Intermediate Car? 4 doors Fiat Panda, Hyundai i10, Nissan Micra, Citroen C3, Toyota Yaris, Nissan Micra.
Automatic transmission? 4 doors Hyundai i10, Nissan Micra, Fiat 500 Cabrio, Citroen C3, Mini Cooper Cabrio, Audi A3 Cabrio.
All cars are equipped with Radio-CD or Bluetooth and A/C.
All cars are models manufactured after 2017.
